Macular and Retinal Detachment
Changes in the macula or retina can seriously affect vision. New flashes, a sudden increase in floaters, a curtain-like shadow or rapid loss of vision require emergency ophthalmic assessment.
People with ocular sarcoidosis should attend scheduled eye examinations and report any sudden change in vision immediately.
