Sarcoidosis–Lymphoma Syndrome

Sarcoidosis and lymphoma can sometimes resemble one another, and rarely may occur in the same person. Persistent or unusual lymph-node enlargement, unexplained fever, night sweats, weight loss or a change in the disease pattern requires medical review.

Diagnosis relies on the clinical picture, imaging and, when indicated, tissue examination. Do not assume that every new symptom is caused by sarcoidosis.
